9495-4195 Quebec Inc. ("we") respects your privacy and complies with Quebec's Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information). This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, and your rights.
What we collect
Application form: name, email, phone, desired position, availability, confirmation that you are authorized to work in Canada, languages spoken (optional), car access (optional), availability for other locations (optional), an optional message, your resume (required), and your choice about keeping your application for future openings. Contact form: name, company (if any), email, phone and your message. For site security, the IP address and date of each submission are also recorded, along with proof of your consent. We collect no birth dates or photos, and this site uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.
Why we collect it
Applications are used solely to assess your profile for employment in our restaurants. Contact messages are used to answer your inquiry. With your explicit consent, we may keep your application for future openings.
Where your information is stored
Your information is hosted on our own servers located in Quebec. Notification emails transit through Microsoft 365; your resume is never attached to those emails.
Retention
Applications (including the resume) are destroyed no later than 12 months after receipt — or no later than 24 months if you consented to retention for future openings — unless you are hired. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to our privacy officer. We reply within 30 days.

The President of 9495-4195 Quebec Inc. is the designated privacy officer — reachable through the site's contact form (choose "General question" and mention "Privacy" in your message).
Minors
Personal information of a child under 14 requires parental consent; this site does not accept it. All our positions are full-time.
